RECIPE SWAP: Crockpot fajitas

This is one of my favorite ways to cook fajitas.Cooking them on the stove,to me, seems to make the meat tougher. PLus I love my crockpot so any excuse to use it is good enough for me.

You will need:

1 pkg beef strips(if you cant find these cut up small steaks into strips) **you can also use chicken
1 pkg fajita seasoning(I use the low sodium kind)
1 tsp adobo seasoning
1 pkg frozen peppers and onion mix(can use fresh but this is cheaper).

Put all together in crockpot.Cook on low 8 hours. I serve this with cilantro and refried beans on tortillas. Add cheese, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, etc. Its also really good with rice.

ENJOY!!!

I am sorry about that previous comment-someone emailed me the recipe and included the link to your blog and I assumed that the person emailing me was also the one who wrote the blog. You know what they say about when you assume-whoops!
